Demo Team (invite only) -- 9:00 - 10:00 am

Junior Training (Ages 10 to 16)

Group Lesson -- 6:00pm - 7:00 pm M-F
Demo Team (invite only) -- 9:00 - 10:00 am

Children's Training (Ages 6 to 9)

Group Lesson -- 5:00pm - 5:45 pm M-F

Pre-Kids Training (Ages 4 to 5)

Group Lesson -- 4:30pm - 5:00 pm Tues and Friday
