Iron Hand Program

Iron Hand develops incredible strength in the muscles, bones, and joints of the hands and wrists. When practiced correctly, this specialized striking practice creates power like hammering a piece of iron. Yet during daily activities, the hands remain soft and comfortable with smooth, radiant skin texture.

Traditional Iron Hand methods include:

  • Proper herbal extracts and striking equipment tailored to your development level

  • Correct striking methods and breathing control

  • Qi Gong breathing techniques to increase internal energy

  • Proper mental focus and striking angles

This practice benefits anyone seeking a confident, secure state of mind throughout their lifetime. It directly supports self-defense skill and ability.

Due to the high level of training and risk of injury if practiced improperly, Iron Hand can only be learned under Master Level supervision.

Bagua Program

Bagua walking develops smooth, light movement with tremendous speed and power. Further practice creates the ability to twist and move as light as a feather but with the strength of a bear. Eventually, when practicing on sand or snow-covered ground, you leave less and less of an imprint on the ground that was walked on.

Traditional Bagua training develops:

  • Smooth, light movement with tremendous speed and power

  • The ability to twist and turn with agility and strength

  • Reduced physical impact while maintaining full power

  • Harmonized internal energy (chi)

Practicing Bagua focuses positive chi (energy) within the body and redirects and removes negative chi. Correct practice harmonizes and centers your energy, mind, and body - creating balance that extends into every aspect of your life.

This practice benefits anyone seeking to develop fluid, powerful movement while cultivating centered energy and mental clarity throughout their lifetime.

Due to specialized requirements and advanced techniques, Bagua can only be learned under Master Level supervision.

Traditional Moo Doe Body Conditioning Program

The Traditional Moo Doe Body Conditioning programs are specifically customized to each individual to address imbalances that may be inhibiting health, mobility, or daily activities. Many students have used these programs to recover from severe injuries and chronic pain that limited their lives for years.

Traditional Moo Doe Body Conditioning consists of:

  • Key Foundation Techniques that address internal, external, and mental development imbalances

  • Individual assessment of your unique condition and situation

  • Program tailored to target specific areas needing the most attention

  • 12-month program with 25-30 Foundation movements

  • Coverage of upper, middle, and lower body development

  • Internal, external, and spiritual development

Once the root of your imbalances are addressed, you'll see great enhancement in daily activities and more readily absorb your training. This leads to increased speed, power, control, timing, coordination, and body position.

This practice benefits anyone seeking to address physical limitations, recover from injury, or overcome chronic conditions that have been holding them back from living fully.

Due to the personalized nature and advanced techniques required, Body Conditioning programs are designed and supervised by the Master Level Teaching Team.
