Find Peace Within Yourself. With so much uncertainty in the world, whether it comes from job pressures or family dynamics or something else, stress is a factor in all of our lives. Now more than ever, it is important that we take a little bit of time for yourself, to find inner peace.
Oom Yung Doe offers a variety of seminars that support stress relief through Tai Chi and Iron Kim Moving Meditation programs. These movements are gentle on the body and easy to pick up but have tremendous ability to release stress and calm the mind. With just one seminar, you will enjoy lower levels of stress and anxiety. With regular practice you may also see improvement in balance, flexibility, strength and stamina as well as lower blood pressure, improved heart health, reduction of inflammation, to a renewed body condition and overall physical and mental strength. |

Want to move like you did when you were younger? Would you like more flexibility, stamina and internal strength? Our Seniors Silver class can be just what you need. The School of Oom Yung Doe Kirkland now offers a class designed specifically for those older students who want to maintain that youthful energy that they felt in their 20s, 30s and 40s. Learn the advanced knowledge of ancient martial arts techniques that increase oxygen, stimulate the circulatory system, restores flexibility to muscles and joints and boosts energy in an easy, relaxing and informative class. This class with incorporate techniques from Tai Chi, Moving mediation, Oom Yung breathing and more. No previous martial arts training is necessary. No uniform or testing is required. Just wear comfortable clothes.
