Meditation

Find True Peace

Without the proper steps, one can spend a lifetime meditating and still never reach a higher level. Many people try meditation, but are unable to reach a true meditative state. With work schedules, modern distractions, and stress, it is difficult if not impossible for most people to reach this state. By practicing moving meditation techniques, a practicioner develops a calm clarity of mind which enables them to go much deeper.

The Moving Meditation program is designed to harmonize the Yin and Yang of the body by opening the energy meridian known as Keyung Huell or Keyung Lah to immediately increase internal and external body strength. Without harmony, one should not expect to fully heal illness or maintain good health.

Beginning level classes include specific still and “moving meditation” movements (Yu Dong Myung Sang), Moo Doe pressure points and traditional, natural herbal formulas for topical use. The goal of the program is to improve a person’s health. This amalgam of rejuvenating movements, traditional herbal formulas and Moo Doe pressure points can vastly help to improve the vitality and health of people at any age, even in their 60’s, 70’s, and even older.

Daily regular exercise may provide temporary short-term benefits to some areas of the body, as will sports, music, reading, or vacationing. However, we feel the key to long-term benefits is to balance the entire body by practicing the proper movements with Moo Doe pressure point application and by using the right traditional herbal formulas.

meditationMany people who have tried Tai Chi and Yoga feel that the moving meditation program gave them much more significant and more immediate results.

"I have had difficulty sleeping since childhood. On average, I used to get no more than four hours of sleep at night. After attending one Moving Meditation seminar, I now get six to eight hours of sleep and enjoy a better quality of sleep, waking refreshed and rested. I am enjoying a significantly better quality of life."
Diana Seales, age 26, environmental engineer

"In addition to the systemic physical effects, I also noticed a general sense of calm and relaxation. This is s great tool for those suffering from body pain or looking for general stress relief."

Robert C. Wade, LMP, TouchPointe Massage Therapy
