Testimonials - Real Benifits from Real People

“I could see how Traditional Moo Doe could Prevent me from rapidly deteriorating.”

Robin M., 1st Degree Blackbelt

Before I first started training I did not expect to continue past two months. It has always been a challenge for me to commit to a regular schedule of physical exertion, not to mention the fact that from watching my husband train for two years prior, I found out training is not your average exercise. Although I have always been interested in a deeper level of understanding, I could not see how "martial arts" could bring me there. It is not that I didn't believe in others, I just had to feel and see it for myself.

So, as my two month course started July 15th, 2003,1 made a simpler goal. To loose the weight I had gained while pregnant with my second child and regain years of my life I felt had been taken away by both pregnancies. One day in class stands out for me still. We were working on jumping and the thought crossed my mind, "How do I jump?" I realized at that moment I had not jumped for a couple of years. I could see how easy it would be to slowly loose movement I took for granted. I watch my grandparents and parents get older and less enthusiastic. I could see how Traditional Moo Doe could prevent me from rapidly deteriorating. The first step is to build a strong physical foundation, so I set forth making that my goal. Of course, I feel as though I will always be working on this.

Now I have come so far and feel great. I wish I could show everyone how they too could feel great and how they could be challenging themselves instead of slowly declining. But, I have found that words do not mean very much. The best thing I can do is show them. I feel as though I have become a lot stronger, mostly physically, but mentally as well. The past two years have been very challenging and although I have had a few moments of hesitation, I can feel myself changing
