FREE for the community - Open to men and women
Tuesday, February 26th - 6:30pm
- Practicing Oom Yung self-defense strengthens the body externally, as well as internally to block or defend against illness.
- All Oom Yung movements have strong self defense capabilities.
- The movements are particular and unique to the style, and surpass not only any other single martial art, but all other martial arts combined. These movements, especially weapons, develop skills to defend against one or multiple assailants at once.
