Stress Relief in the Work Place
On Thursday, April 22, instructors from the School of Oom Yung Doe taught a special seminar for the employees of Economic and Engineering Services, Inc. at the Seatac Marriott during their annual conference. The focus of the seminar was “stress relief in the work place.” Many employees felt the immediate benefit from just a few minutes practicing Traditional Moo Doe movements and were amazed at how much better they felt.
"I was very impressed with the movement that Oom Yung Doe instructors brought to my company meeting. Our employees had a lot of fun and at the same time they were re-energized for the rest of the meeting."
- Janet Moczulewski, CFO
"The movements along with learning how to breathe appropriately were surprisingly effective in providing temporary relief of pain and tension around my neck and shoulder area."
- Pat Svoboda, Environmental Engineer
"I had been experiencing shoulder pain for weeks prior to our company meeting. After just a few minutes of the movements, the shoulder pain was gone. It didn't come back for several days, but I just do the movement again and it goes away." - Amanda Anderson, Office Manager
The School of Oom Yung Doe has been offering these types of special seminars ‘free of charge’ as a public service to the community for nearly fifteen years in the Puget Sound area of Washington.
