Open House North Seattle
November 3rd 2003
On Monday, November 3rd an Open House lesson and demonstration was held in the North Seattle School of Oom Yung Doe. Students, friends and family all joined in a short lesson led by the instructor and designed to let non-students get a feel of what can be gained by training in Traditional Moo Doe.
The instructor, a 1st Degree Black Belt, then demonstrated some of the strength and flexibility that can be developed with a form from Bagwa Chung.
